Today,
4th May, 2022, marks exactly 2 years when my indefatiguable Office
Manager, Lebene Gbebleou-Sleem joined my team at FSB Law Consult. It was the
day we resumed work after the mandatory lockdown. As we all recall, the world
was at a crossroads, and so was our law firm. The sense of uncertainty was
thick in the air but this young, beautiful (inside and out), hardworking,
dependable, resourceful and respectful lady, chose to pitch camp with me.
Two
years on, it has been nothing but great moments having you leading the
Administration Department of our law firm. You have worn many hearts here and
it has been amazing to see you bring your best self to the dream we are
building. You see everything as possible and you truly make it come to life. Has
it been all peaches and cream? Definitely not. But in all the efforts you have
made, we have seen and continue to see the growth of the acorn we have sown.
I
couldn’t have asked for a better team member and a friend, who has helped in
many ways than one, to get me to put my best foot forward.
My
one and only ‘O.M’ extra-ordinaire, My dear Ms. Sleem, thank you very much,
ma’am.

On 9th February, 2022, I was honoured with a certificate of appreciation from the World Bank Group.
This was to thank me for my "valuable contribution to World Bank Group research, especially during the global and personal difficulties of the pandemic".
